Windows Premiere Edition was a preliminary release of Microsoft Windows 1.0. Released to OEMs as a preview on 1985-07-30. The interface really resembled Beta Release, and that basically resembled the final build other than the black and white default theme. The entire memory management system was rewritten between this and the final build. This build was quite stable compared to previous builds.
